Ruby's Rehabilitation Story
Rubby is a male South African Boerboel with a track record of Human and animal aggression . When he was brought down by the owner I was warned and asked if I could handle him . whenever Rubby start his dominant aggression , the owners kids and wife won't be able to come out of the house . Their male adult Doberman was always a victim of his maurade . Rubby could not be mouth guarded for treatment . He was so conscious of his energy and he used that to his advantage .Rubby was a red zone aggressive dog . Upon admittance into our dog psychology course Rubby was rehabilitated using calm assertive leadership . He was muzzled without force in less than two weeks and it was fun .the was road walked alongside a Macho the Pitbull every morning on a long distance walk. His problem was unused pent up energy . Rubby was successfully rehabilitated and discharged to his owners. Alas, the problem was not the dog , the busy nature of his owner could not problem was the busy nature of the owner , and at such could not provide for Rubbys exercise and discipline need and he was returned in some months later . I Readmitted rubby and worked on him which during our program he broke out of the kennel which posed a threat to my environment but with experience i was able to lure him back in. I rehabilitated him and he was reassigned to another owner who's schedule could provide for Rubby need.
